The Management Information System facilitates monitoring of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) scheme. The system has been divided into 3 modules viz. District Level, State Level and Ministry Level.

Each level has 4 types of users namely, Data Entry, Data Approver, View Reports and Manager.

• Data Entry Role is meant for entering the data only.
• Data Approver approves the data entered by the above role.
• Users under View Reports role can view only reports.
• Manager at each level would be able to create the users for the level for which he belongs to.
